I'm not sure what other sites claim or 'pretend' to do but I can assure you that GG is extremely advanced and diligent about catching cheaters. I think you understand that the reason sites are so secretive about detection methods, is to not tip off people cheating. Love the initiative and hope it really helps cleaning up the games. Why would a normal player ever expect sites to correctly police these things as it improves their bottomline and it would cost them money to make the games more fair?
There is a clear conflict of interest in these cases as Valter and other scumbags provide liquidity and thus get backend rakebackdeals on all sites. What are the steps GG is going to take against lowerstakes cheating like ghosting, colluding, chipdumping, etc which is running rampant, for example GM_Valter's stable has 400+ accounts and all are ghosted at FT. RTA is mostly a problem at highstakes unless it's automated. How will you confirm this? Other sites pretend they have complex algorithms and backend software to detect potential cheating but ofc this is all bullshit, how is GG different? Will there be some openness about methods and in case of confirmed cheating will people be outted? How exactly are you going to detect or confirm people are using RTA? Let's say I accuse Jakoon of using gtowizard while playing in certain hands.
